It’s no secret that Chris and I love Christmas lights. After the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights left Disney’s Hollywood Studios], we’ve been trying to find light displays that were that interactive and exciting. Although there are several new events strung throughout Central Florida last year we stumbled upon Enchant Christmas, which to us is one of the best light displays around.
Location: Tropicana Field, Tampa FL. The event runs from November 26-January 2nd.
This blog features pictures from last year as we are not visiting this year until December 19th but nonetheless we are so excited to provide you all of the information needed to have the best time ever this year.
Last year the story featured Santas Reindeer including Rudolph. The lighted scenery was stunning. There were smaller displays, perfect for your instagram pics, throughout the maze and a gorgeous tree at the center of it. Chris and I found so many fun spots to take pictures throughout the event with little to no people in the background.
There is a marketplace full of local vendors selling crafts, jewelry, baked goods and more. They also have food and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic located throughout the location.
This year is all about an elf and his lost toys. Can you find the hidden 8 throughout the maze? Do it and win a prize at the end. Parking is $10 so be prepared ahead fo time.
