I'm taking a peek into all of the holiday decor around the parks this year. Come with me and check out some of the sights at Walt Disney world this holiday season!
MAGIC KINGDOM
The wreaths were hung on Main St. with care in hopes that Santa Goofy soon would be there... at least I think that's how it goes?! Anywho, Yes, It's that time of year when the smell of hot cocoa and snickerdoodles fills the air and the parks are decked out with wreaths, bows and loads of holiday sparkle. Add in few really tall Christmas trees (65 ft to be exact), and a glittering castle made of "ice and snow" and you have yourself one heck of a holiday experience.
Lets start on Main Street U.S.A at Magic Kingdom where there are gorgeous pops of red and green strung throughout the windows and storefronts. Just standing at the end of this street makes my heart happy! Check out some of my favorite shots below:
EPCOT
I'll admit it...I have not done Festival of the Holidays yet this year and it's December 21st. What am I thinking? Hopefully I can get in within the next couple of days and get some more details for you all but for now here are some of the only pictures I've taken this year.. So sad, I know.
We are planning on visiting very soon and I plan on doing a full review of everything I ate and experienced very soon. :)
HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
This has to be one of my favorite parks ever since I was little and I know.. I know.. this is a "half day/Star Wars taken over" park. I know this and for some reason I still love it with all of my heart. Maybe its' the fact that I have so many fond memories there as a kid or the fact that my boy Sorcerer Mickey is there!
Regardless, Christmastime is the time to visit this park. They have projections on Hollywood Tower Hotel as well as laser, soap and fun holiday music. You can also meet Santa close by. The nighttime show Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam sis amazing (mainly because I love those movies) but either way you have something decorative and fun to put you in the holiday spirit at Studios this year for sure.
Did I mention Toy Story Land s also decked out for the holidays?
ANIMAL KINGDOM
Lions and Tigers and Mickey's Oh My! Animal kingdom is a blend of nature and holiday like no other. Before even walking into the park you are greeted by the most amazing Christmas tree!
We will be visiting Animal Kingdom very soon and I will be sure to post about all of my adventures in another blog! For now get out there and EXPLORE!
